Stepping through the doors, we were thrilled to learn of our suite upgrade - a fabulous start to our stay. The hospitality extended far beyond, with the attentive breakfast waiter offering invaluable tips for our day trip to Switzerland, which turned out to be a highlight.Despite my initial hesitations about the property's distance from Lake Constance, Villino swiftly won me over with its exceptional service. The management, notably a helpful lady manager, and the outstanding Romanian waiter added personal touches that made our experience unique. The breakfast, featuring a delightful yogurt ensemble, was a culinary delight for the senses.Family-friendly amenities were abundant, and the quiet, Mediterranean-style setting was perfect for relaxation. While we couldn't explore the spa due to the warm weather, the well-equipped facilities beckoned for a return visit. The spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, and serene surroundings provided a peaceful retreat for the family.Villino truly offers a special experience year-round, making it ideal for families seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The well-signed hiking trail and garden trail in Überlingen provided delightful experiences for the whole family, with stunning views of Lake Constance and the alpine panorama.
